Round Valley Scenery Pictures
I swung by Round Valley Reservoir recently to see if could find the Eared Grebe that has been sighted there over the past few days. I struck out on the Grebe, although I had a good time taking some random scenery pics.
Round Valley is terrific. It holds a very special place in my heart - namely because my dad took me fishing there a lot as a kid. It's also where he delivered the "birds & bees" talk to me. I almost jumped off the boat...

I haven't done much birding at Round Valley for some strange reason. I always seem to travel to look for birds - silly.
Very funny story about the birds & bees - lol.
